Returns

• Returns are accepted for a period of 14 days from the date you receive your order.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
• The following items are not eligible for returns:
  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Items on final promotion.
• The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returning the item.

Refunds

• Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.
• If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method, within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider's policies.

Trades
